It's no secret that GMC Duramax trucks are gaining on the competition. The engineering of the new Duramax engine is one of the reasons.The GM, GMC Duramax Diesel 6600 V8 is the result of a joint venture between GM and Isuzu Motors, Limited - the world's leader in building reliable diesel engines. The Bosch fuel injection system allows Duramax to generate power and burn fuel efficiently, with low noise levels.

Bullydog GM Duramax Dual Exhaust Systems

Bully Dog Technologies is proud to release a new line of dual exhaust 4"systems for most late model GM Duramax diesel pick-up trucks. The dual exhaust includes a 4" down-pipe and is 4" diameter all the way to the tailpipe.

During testing the lower back-pressure exhaust helped to reduce exhaust gas temperatures and increase horsepower and torque. The Duramax dual exhaust systems are mandrel bent using 16 gauge Aluminized steel 4" tubing and come complete with a high flow muffler and all the clamps and hangers. The dual exhausts will soon be available in 304 and 409 stainless steel.



Bully Dog Rapid Flow Dual Exhaust System

Available in 16-gauge aluminized, T-304 micro shine stainless steel or t-409 stainless steel. The Rapid Flow Duramax Dual Exhaust System has the lowest degree mandrel bends offering free flowing and low back pressure. This will lower exhaust temperatures by as much as 200 degrees and provide 10 - 20 hp increases dependent upon size upgrade and current horsepower output.

Bully Dog recommends using a 4" exhaust system for horsepower applications less than 400 hp, while the 5" systems are recommended between 450 to 550 horsepower applications, and our new 6" systems are recommended for trucks producing more than 550 hp
